Q: Does Paws-Abilities Employ?
A: Paws-Abilities LLC subcontracts and sub-leases. Each
business and trainer have their own business license and their own
policies and procedures.
Q: What are the Training and
Registration Requirements
A: Each Sub-Contracted Trainer may have their own registration
requirements. However, while using the Paws-Abilities'
Facility the guidelines are as follows; All dogs must have received
a full series of shots within the last year for the following canine
diseases: Distemper, Hepatitis, Bordatella and Parvovirus.
Dogs under 20 weeks old must have all shots appropriate to its age
and will show appropriate records upon start of any class.
Q: What is our refund policy?
A: Each Sub-Contracted Trainer and Business may have their own
refund policies. Please check with your specific trainer or
company. The Wants and Needs Store and Tail Waggin Day
Camp policy is as follows:
Store Policy: Full refund available with proof of purchase.
Exchanges and credit available for all others.
Tail Waggin Day Camp: Cancellation requirement is 24 hours
prior notice. No Refunds for services rendered.
Training Agreement and Registration Requirements: I hereby certify
that my dog has received a full series of shots within the last year
for the following canine diseases: Distemper, Hepatitis, Bordatella
and Parvovirus. If my dog is a puppy under 20 weeks old, I guarantee
that my puppy has all shots appropriate to its age and will show
appropriate records upon start of class. I understand that
occasionally, photographs or video footage may be taken of animals
that attend classes at Paws-Abilities, LLC. I grant Paws-Abilities,
LLC my permission for any resulting photographs or video of my
animal to be used for advertising or educational material,
understanding that the resulting photographs or videos are the sole
property of Paws-Abilities, LLC. I hereby apply for enrollment in
the Paws-Abilities LLC training class indicated. As a condition of
enrollment I have read and understood the above regarding this
application. I hereby certify that I am aware that the training and
handling of animals presents a risk of personal injury or property
damage to myself, to my animal, and to any members of my family. In
consideration for being allowed to enroll myself, my animal or any
member of my family in the class or training program I hereby assume
FULL RESPONSIBILITY for any actions of the dog(s) entered above. I
agree to hold harmless and indemnify PAWS-ABILITIES, its owners, and
agents, from all liability for personal injury or property damage in
any way resulting from enrollment and attendance in this class. Any
legal expenses incurred in defense or enforcement of this contract
shall be the total responsibility of the owner of the animal. REFUND
POLICY: Full refunds can be provided if we are notified at least 7
days before the start of the course or workshop. For courses only,
if a dog is unable to attend during the first two classes, you may
receive a 50% credit toward a future course (good for one year,
non-transferable). Unfortunately, no credit or refund can be
provided after the first two classes of a course. There is a $15 fee
for all returned checks. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of
this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to
